I have been helping my friends and family with their iPhones and Macs for many years now. Many of them have enjoyed my clear and patient approach so much that they say things like, "You should do this for a living!"
Modern technology can be challenging, but it can also be a lot of fun. I got to see both of these aspects up close during my years working as a technician in the corporate IT world and as a product specialist at the Apple Store.
